Tom O’Halleran is facing a tough primary challenge and was recently asked about some of the policy positions of his challenger. His challenger supports Medicare for all, the Green New deal, and abolishing ICE. When asked about these issues O’Halleran stated, “We are working on every one of those issues now.”
This vague answer leaves much to interpretation, but the people of Arizona’s first district deserve to know where you stand on those issues. Do you support abolishing ICE, Medicare for all, defunding police, and the Green New Deal? How are you working on these issues in Congress?
Tom O’Halleran needs to answer these questions, or he needs to be more careful what he says during interviews.
